Our support procedures ensure you talk to a knowledgeable technician every time. Our aim is to get you back up and running in the shortest time, at the lowest cost.
- The first step is to talk through the problem and arrive at a diagnosis. Most issues can be resolved over the phone in a few minutes, for which there is no charge.
- If an instant repair is not possible, the next step is to ascertain whether we can issue you some spare parts on a next day delivery that you could comfortably fit yourself. Minimum time, minimum cost.
- If that is not possible, or you don't feel confident about self repairs, then we can book an engineers visit. Our engineer will bring plenty of spares, just in case. Nothing will be fitted or charged without your prior consent, keeping you informed all the way.
As part of any engineer visit, we would give your equipment a service to remove any blockages or debris, lubricate where necessary, and test that it is performing correctly. We can then offer advice on regular maintenance tasks, signs of wear, or future concerns you may wish to anticipate.
