O:Range comes as standard in our PRO Series dispensers, but can also open up a wealth of features to supercharge your tired old Range Servant dispenser.

AT THE DISPENSER: TOUCHSCREEN

A super-simple, single touch vend system. Up to SIX basket sizes available. Simply present a QR ticket, or tap the required basket size and present your members card to receive the exact vend of balls.

AT THE DISPENSER: PAYSTATION APP

• Self service at the dispenser, no need to queue, reducing traffic in the shop and allowing for an unmanned range

• An ultra-convenient handheld unit for your sales staff. Top up members cards and generate one off basket QR tickets.
• Allows sales from anywhere on site via your WiFi network or a SIM card.
• Sell from the pro-shop, the café, even at the bay: you are no longer tied to a fixed-point computer.
• Easily program your hotkeys with your QR ticket prices and your top up values, enabling superfast customer service.
• Accepts standard 55mm till roll for total convenience.

MANAGEMENT PORTAL

A simple to use web-based customer account interface. Accessed from anywhere in the world on any PC, iPad, laptop, tablet, smartphone, chromebook, etc.

• Set up to SIX basket sizes and prices from anywhere, no need to visit the dispenser
• Set your Top-Up buttons and offer deals for higher spend, e.g. pay £50 get £60 of credit, generating customer loyalty and instant cashflow
• Set up discount groups for blanket concessions, e.g. juniors, seniors, club members
• Block lost cards, format and reuse old cards
• Set Daily Limit cards for your teaching staff to allow a set amount of free balls for lessons

BASKET OPTIONS

With multiple basket sizes available, you have more options to suit your customers.

The smallest basket could be used as a 10 ball warm up basket for players about to hit the greens. This drives more customers to the range, it enhances the great golfing service that you already provide, and you can charge say £1 per basket that you were not selling
previously.

The largest basket could be set to around 100 balls, with your pricing set to make this the best value per ball. This is designed to always tempt the customer to ‘go large’ and spend more money. The exact quantities and prices are entirely up to you, you can change them as often as you like.

REQUIREMENTS

• Your dispenser must be connected to the internet via an ethernet connection or a strong and reliable WiFi connection.
• The network should ideally be unmanaged, i.e. independent of firewalls or network permissions.
• If thi sis not possible, we can supply a 4G router to give the dispenser its own internet connection.
• The handheld POS device must be connected to the internet, either via WiFi or a data SIM card
•  You will also need access to the internet to use the online management portal. You can access this on any device: smartphone, tablet, laptop, PC, etc.
